I am a fourth-year undergraduate student at UCSB undertaking a Bachelor's of Science in Computer Engineering. I have particular interests in software development, computer security, artifical intelligence, and operating systems. Currently, I am looking for internship opportunities to further my knowledge and experience of these specific fields.

Hi, my name is Taeseong Kim, but I go by my nickname Tim. I am a fourth-year undergraduate student who is studying Computer Engineering at UCSB. As of now, I plan on continuing my studies for an extra year in the Department of Computer Science for the 5-year BS/MS program at UCSB.

Directed a team of engineers to win a competition based on a group research project presentation

Designed an efficient algorithm to process sampled Twitter data and establish relevant trends to address a research topic based on sentiment analysis

Implemented backend method which employed language processing tool NLTK and search API Tweepy to effectively filter Twitter data based on positive or negative sentiment
